Papilio bexae is a butterfly of the swallowtail family, recognizable by its iridescent pink wings, its silver-tipped antennae, and an excessive amount of luminescence, sparkle, and general shinies. It feeds primarily on fruit juice but also enjoys sunsicles and caffeine-loaded blue Rockstars. Its favorite food is nigh impossible to pin down however. Papilio bexae is ideally found reading fantasy, science fiction, and poetry that makes its wings go weak and trembly, or resting with its companions of various species.
It is also fond of video games, especially those pertaining to a certain Hero of Time and the Princess of Hyrule, to Science and Cake and Companion Cubes, or to Chocobos, Black and White Mages, and Keyblades.
Crafting is a particular hobby of this species, especially cardmaking and sculpting little dragons and far too many leaves out of synthetic clays. Papilio bexae is known to have a penchant for writing, drawing, ceramics, and many other things it is less than accomplished at. It has been recently seen to take an interest in cooking, though its level of skill in this mysterious pursuit has yet to be determined.
Papilio bexae is perhaps best known for its excitability, dramatics, intense bipolar tendencies, hyperactivity, unfocused frenzy, and general basket-casedness. This is perhaps its greatest weakness, perhaps its greatest charm, and more than likely both. It tends to be a bit prone to worrying and nervous habits, which is not to say that it is necessarily a worried creature, as it takes even anxiety and ticks as an important part of the human... or butterfly... experience.
Okay, enough with the butterfly talk. Hi, I'm Bex, or Becks, or Nessie, or Elsendor, or Els, or Else, or Ellie, or pretty much anything you are willing to yell at the back of my head until I inevitably answer. I obviously lean towards the crazy side of the spectrum, and I'm hopelessly random, but I enjoy myself, and I think that's what matters. I'm also obsessed with butterflies. Oh, and Sharpies. Lots of pretty coloured Sharpies.
That's about the extent of my About Me, until I go into hysterics about how awful it is, archive it, and start over again.
Less than three,
Bex.
